Sending Us Work

Instructions To Place An Order For Patent Drawings via Email:

Most of the work we receive is sent via email to: patentdrawings@gpdcorp.com

Files can be attached of up to approximately 25 megabytes and we can work with most file formats. We typically received PDF files. If Email is used, copy and pasting the order form information to the right and filling out is a good way to start.

NOTE: Providing a PDF file [file extension *.PDF] is much preferred to other file types created using various types of software such as Microsoft Word [*.DOC] or PowerPoint [*.PPT]. We mention this to avoid any possible confusion resulting from different versions of software formatting information inconsistently which a PDF file will not do. Should a PDF file not be available, we will work with what is provided.
 

Instructions To Place An Order For Patent Drawings With Large Files:

Use the below instructions to send large files that might not travel on the internet as an email attachment due to size restrictions. There is no restriction on file size using this method.

1. Select and Copy all the text in the ORDER FORM
2. Paste copied text into the MESSAGE AREA of the blue box labeled sendthisfile
3. Please fill out the ORDER FORM. The lower right hand corner can be grabbed to expand the message area
4. Enter your E-Mail address near the top of the blue box where instructed to
5. Attach files from your computer by clicking the Choose File button and browsing to the desired file
6. Attach any additional files, up to seven in total, using the buttons provided
7. Click the SUBMIT button and your order will be sent to us

Note: If you cannot see the SUBMIT button, grab the lower right hand corner of the message area again and shrink the message area until you see it.

Confirmation That Your Request Has Been Sent

• Immediately after clicking on the SUBMIT button a blue box should appear that says “File successfully uploaded…”
• You will receive an email to the address entered in the form saying “Congratulations! Your files have been successfully uploaded…”

Notes:

• Unless expedited date specified, Review Date is approximately Ten (10) Business Days
• If at any point you want to start your order over, just browse to another web page and come back. This will refresh the page.

Instructions To Send Us Supplementary Files Using This Web Page
Note: These instructions are for clients that already have a case active in our system and wish to provide us with additional material.

1. Enter your E-Mail address near the top of the blue box
2. Identify the files you are sending us in the MESSAGE AREA of the blue box so we can place the files with the appropriate matter and/or provide instructions
3. Attach files from your computer by clicking the Choose File button and browsing to the desired file
4. Attach any additional files, up to seven in total, using the buttons provided
5. Click the SUBMIT button and your order will be sent to us
